NVQ certificate then name change?

Hi.
I got married and wondered how i go about getting my nvq certificate updated with my new surname...
I qualified about 12 years ago, do i need to change it or not bother?

I wouldn’t bother. Just use a copy of your marriage certificate showing your maiden name, if asked.

I have certs in both my maiden and married name and it’s not particularly problematic.
