NVQ or diploma?

If anyone can take the time just to advise me in which of these courses is best? I'm looking to start of as a mobile therapist.

The nvq is about £1400 after VAT

I like the look of the mobile therapist one as it covers more treatments in one go. Maybe look at the part time therapist one too though, I cant say I do many Indian Heads or hot stones as I do lava shell too which is more popular. Though clients would probably be more likely to recognise the NVQ.
