O.P.I and dried nail art flowers!

hi everyone,

two questions, anyone know the cheapest place to get O.P.I enamels?

and also can you use the dried nail art flowers in varnish, would they stay on with just a top coat? and does anyone know a good nail art sealer?

Hi I don'y know about OPI, but to you're other question yes you can use them with nail varnish but a clear or very pail colour, top coat will hold them, and also you can use a very wet bead of clear acrylic and that will encase them and give a good 3d affect.

If you applying dried flowers make sure they are totally encased ie 2 coats of top coat because dried flowers, especially the brightly coloured ones, are prone to bleeding of the colour sometimes.
