hi im going to olympia this year havnt been for years ( since i was a level 2 student) i am planning on purchasing some equipment to go mobile ( well its a birthday present from my mum) so i can make the most out of my trip as anyone got any advice on what i should look out for ?

Well you'll probably see as you go around. Why don't you make a list of everything you will need to go mobile and then go from there.

If you're skin and nails, you'll probably want a portable (fold up) couch and a large box/ trunk to carry your equipment. Then go through each of your treatments and write down everything from the way you are going to set up to each product and tool used in your routine.

Good luck xx

You should look out for me on the Moor Spa stand:)

Ok more seriously FlawlessBeauty has given you some great tips there. I would also say don't be scared to haggle. Yes there will be show deals but you may be able to get a bit more too. See if you can get an additional product thrown in or some support material (brochures, assessment pads etc). This is more likely to happen with the more you spend but it is always worth a go.

Another thing you can ask is that the company sends the stuff to you after the show, otherwise there could be a lot to carry. I know we have done this for people who have got a mobile start up kit with a Monaco Beauty Box before.

What day are you going? You may be able to get a better deal for things on Monday afternoon if you are looking to take them with you (it saves someone carrying something to a van :) )

yeah...trolly dollys.... you will trip over at least 8 of those on your way round.

Just wear comfy shoes...make a list and don't buy anything on your first walk round...look first...then go round again and then make your buys...this helps with impulse buying. x

thanks girls , i was thinking of just starting with waxing ,threading ,eye treatments and massage first thats enough to start right?

You should try to get on the waxing masterclass with Andy (Axiom) and Penny (GMTTEC)- nobody better to get you going!!! Also I have heard Dashing Diva has some exciting new nail products.
