Ombré to highlights?

Hi all,

I'm wondering af anyone can advise me. I have a slight ombré, about 5 inches, but I want to go back to highlights as I miss being more blonde. The trouble is, the ends of my hair is quite sensitised, but also quite. Lot lighter than the top. Is it possible to get a full head of highlights, just through the top and mid section? Or would it look odd? Any advise appreciated xx

I meant through the roots to mid section (top) of the full head.

Oh right... Do you basically want it to look like a full head highlights? Or would you like it to seamlessly blend in to become a solid colour on the ends?
