Online training advice

Hey all!

What are everyone’s thoughts and opinions/experiences with online training and qualifications?
Looking to widen my range to dabble in brow lamination and henna brows, seen a lot of online courses being advertised at significantly lower prices than training with a local salon but don’t want to do this if it’s not going to be legit?

Personally I don't believe you can learn a totally new practical skill from on-line teaching. If you are actually 'performing a task' that you've never done before there are a million different things to learn and understand that can only be done in person. Absolutely agree that skill building and 'add on's' are OK because you already have the foundation skill, but not new skills.

If the training is 'significantly' cheaper ask yourself why? You know the saying 'buy cheap, buy twice
