Hi there, wondering if anyone has experience or words of wisdom on this?
I've been trained in OPI GelColor, and am using the whole system with lamp but am relatively new to gel polish. I done lots of searches and have found help with some of my issues but can't seem to find an answer to this one! I know shrinkage can be an issue before curing but I'm having a problem after curing. Before wiping with NAS right at the end the free edge looks covered but once I've given it a good wipe any polish on the free edge is gone (I can see the traces of it on the wipe). It seems to me that the free edge isn't curing.. but not sure! Any ideas?

If you see traces of color on the cotton, it means that you didn't fully cover the color with topcoat.

I will keep practising!

I agree with tuan that’s usually the issue xxxx

Make sure the client is keeping her hand flat in the lamp. Clients often “clench”their hands and don’t get a good cure.

Thanks for all the advice, will keep trying! x

Check hand placement. It may be too far in x
