OPI GelColor problem?

Hi, I just noticed this morning when doing a set, that i couldn't open my gelcolor topcoat, when i finally opened it the brush had broke off and the gel is all hard!!! I had the bottle closed tightly and i don't use it that much, has this problem happened to anyone else??

I talked to OPI about this, they said they had one batch that did that.. If you kept the bottle, you shouldn't have any trouble returning it. The lot number on the bottom of the bottle will identify it as part of that batch.
