OPI Glitter Off? Not coming off?

Has anyone tried glitter off by Opi??

Is it me or something I am doing as i tried it on myself a few days ago and after an hour it didn't peel off and the next day I tried another nail and ended up using polish remover!
It's happened today too...
It smells of pvc glue we used in primary school and says apply thinly and wait for it to dry which I did ... Confused?!
Any help greatly appreciated x

I had trouble with this one too, if you apply it thinly it doesn't peel off but if you apply it any thicker I've found the polish just comes off altogether when you don't want it too, I love most of OPI products but this didn't work for me either! Would love to know if there's a knack to getting it to work too!
