Left one salon because all they did was gossip & made client uncomfortable.
Came & stayed with me as they felt i was more professional & gave them my undivided attention throughout appointment.

I hear many reason from client who say problem with treatment lasting or problem communication in english with technician or play tricks telling its gel when is really acrylic. Many say they like salon I work for not having these problem.

Language and product breakdown are problems im trying to fix in my own salon. lol One time a lady came in and had to repeat herself almost 4-5 times. I explained to her what happened and gained her as a client.
