It looks quite nice being able to steam your body with your head out and lying down but I wonder about how much condensation and therefore damp it will create in your treatment room unless you have a wet room to do it in.

yep, i was asking myself the same question! I would love to have that!

Its quite a common treatment in India to have the steam canopy, but I wonder how many treatments you would get for it.

If you did get it I would suggest incorporating it into all your body treatments or as an added extra to a facial as you could steam them while they were having the facial. This would make sure you recouped all your money.

thank you all for your input, I will be incorporating it in all my body scrubs, Acadayspa ritual treatment and as a add on for massage or a quick stand alone treament. I have talk to the company and they have guaranteed me that there is no issue with damp!
I am going to america in 3 weeks and he will ship to the address where i will be staying to save me transport and tax! if i get it I will let you know how it is going and if anyone one of you live in solihull, birmingham area PM me and i will send you a voucher to try it!

At one of the Spas I currently work at we have one of these. And i do more of these body treatments then i thought i would. We just do this treatment in the facial room, it gets warm in there but the tent collects all the condensation. And all the clients ive done this on so far loved it!!!

Steam canopies are great, I used to work with a spa that had one, a few things that I experienced with them are:
Your massage table/couch needs to be big enough to accommodate it, it can't just be a standard size table or a beauty bed, it will slip of during treatments.
You have to have enough room to store it.
It gets quite soggy after treatments, so you might have to wait to book the next client in, so you may not use it as an add on, in a facial treatment, if you have a body treatment next that you want to use it for.
The spa I worked with used it instead of wrapping the body, but some clients still prefer to be wrapped, especially when its the cheaper option.
Let me know how you go with it.:)

may I ask how much you are paying for it, please PM me.

Good to see that someone had experience with this!
I have an oakwork 33inch table, i think it should fit and also i will get the ppulley system to be able to hang it on the ceiling. I am really relieved that there 's no condensation problem, that was my worry.
Thank you princess Fifi for letting me know what to watch about this!
