Hi

I have started do pamper parties and face painting do I need parent consent forms for kids under 16 if it is only nail art or should i get a consent form for all treatments and all ages?

If it were me then I would personally feel happiest by getting parental consent for all treatments on un der 16's at pamper parties. You will be physically coming into contact with these children and it is best to check that the parents are happy with that - also to check for allergies etc. x :hug:
