Partnering up - business networking

I was just wondering if any of you "partner up" with any other businesses like florists or wedding dress shops? if I could be cheeky enough to ask how you went about this? and what kind of offers or packages you came up with. Just looking for a bit of inspiration before I think about this any more.

There is only really one way to go about this... go and talk to them Be nice, network with people in the wedding industry, offer the occasional free make over to people to show what you can do and then ask would they be willing to reffer you or do a combined offer x
