Pathogens found in the blood.

Hi All,
Right there are several pathogens found in the blood e.g Hepatitis B.
I would really like to elaborate on this instead of giving a one word answer on my course work to show full understanding of what im doing.
What other pathogens are found in the blood?
If any of you geeks out there know what pathogens are found in the blood or know where i can research this please let me know.
