Hi everyone I have a query for those who work in a salon where there are separate colourists and stylists working.
I have always had a salon where stylists did everything so I paid a flat rate.
Now opening a new bigger place I would like to have colourists and stylists so as to have staff that specialise in their trade.
While stylists get a basic rate + commission - do colourists usually work on basic only or on commission also but perhaps a lower % than colourists?
Advice please - really don't want to get this wrong
