Not sure what to put in one, haven't done one since I was 18, do I talk about myself? It's to put at the front of my holistics file for when I hand it in?

Its been a while since i've done one too, but im pretty sure its things like your dreams in the industry, where you see youself in so many years. Things you are proud of achieving etc..
