Research the particular surgeon rather than a group practice. Good advice from willowrose. Also some surgeons have a style or product preference (with regards to implants etc). Look at their portfolio pictures of there own work. Ask about experience, complication rates, back up and aftercare if something doesn't go to plan etc.
I researched for a year before going under the knife. I went into shock under anaesthetic and had a complication afterwards. Both were just bad luck and not as a result of an error, but my surgeon and his team handled everything very well and the ongoing care and communication with them was excellent.
