please help.. rebalancing???

i got my 1st rebalancin nxt week and i need 2 now step by step how 2 do it, i also need 2 fill out my book but it just dont make any sence, am gettin stressed out please help!!!

I think rebalancing is under element 3

It will give you the whole thing from 'soup to nuts'

everything is on there!!
