I am a student studying at the University of Birmingham and I am researching nail technicians' understanding of the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations.
If you could spare 5 minutes to complete this simple questionnaire where I will ask questions relating to the below:
• Training and education
• Equipment used in your employment
• Activities carried out as part of your employment
Your participation and information collected from this questionnaire will be of enormous benefit to my research, all information collected is anonymous and will be kept safe and confidential.
