popits - how do you not get air bubbles in them?!!

hiya I am trying out some popits and find that I always get air bubbles in them - why is this? I love the idea of them, they are so quick and easy to do once you get the hang of them but i just cant seem to do them without bubbles! I am using Millennium L&P.

I cant speak for Millenium product other than it is way cheap... the secret is to let the bead settle... but that's with Retention+....
