positioning lights when spray tanning

I was spraying a client last night and found my lighting wasnt as good as i am use to, I usually attach my clip on light (from sienna x) half way up the tent on the left hand side, usually this seems ok but it was very dark in the room i was tanning in last night and wondered if generally there was a better place to position the light?
