Hi,

That's a great opportunity and you should be very busy working in a Hair Salon. I used to rent a space in a Salon and was up to my eyes and never got a minute.. it was great!!

It really depends on the area you're in when it comes to pricing. If I were you I'd just go into a few Salons and get their price lists to get an idea of what everyone in your area is charging (although personally I don't care what everyone else is charging and don't go by that, but only because I have 10 years experience)

If you do any offers, just make it clear to the clients, that it's an offer and let them know what the normal price is. When I started out, I did a special offer and it was very successful.

You'll be surprised how quickly you'll build up a clientele

Best of luck with it

Hi I work in a hair salon too and I let all the staff have 50% off any treatments which is great for them but also all their clients will see your work and ask where they get it done. Iv got loads of new clients this way.

Great point Emma... I forgot to mention that.... I actually did the Hair dressers nails for free and then they did my hair for free, so it was win win really.

You'd be surprised by the amount of clients that see their nails whilst they're doing their hair and bingo a new booking for you!! :D

Thank you both for the great ideas im now planning a mission of going to a load of salons tomorrow and getting a lot of leaflets and seeing what offers there doing and making sure i get a good enough one for now :D!! ill defo do the hairdressers too that way there clients can see the nails on them!! never thought of this.. Thanks ever so much if anybody else can think of any ideas please still reply :D Thanks x
