Primer on tips??

Sorry another silly question for you guys :o
i was told when i trained not that if you are using tips, you just apply primer to the natural nail and not let it touch the tip. Is this true? just been reading the instructions on my new soak off kit that arrived today and it doesnt seem like this is the case... but i may be wrong!
i use EZflow gels btw

You only prime the natural nails, not the tips. I've had ezflow training in the past, in both l&p and gel, and it applied equally to both. I haven't used the new soak off gels, but I can't imagine that it would be any different?

Ah good, just making sure! Just the way it read got me thinking maybe.....
