Professional Beauty Systems tint & developer

I've got the cream developer, but it doesn't have any instructions. The bottle itself says look at the tint, but the only instructions the tint has is for the drops. I've emailed them but no reply yet. Does anyone know how much cream developer you use? I'll buy the drops if I don't get a reply, just it's a trek to Sally's just for the drops and a waste of a bottle of developer lol.
