I was just wondering what % self employed nail techs tend to earn?

I've been offered 60% and I will provide the products etc. Salon will help to advertise a little and also book appointments in.

What is other people's arrangement?

I offer 60/40 with 60 for the nail tech, they supply all products, I would share their page via my Facebook page but I woukdbt market for them, also you should take your own bookings as you are self employed, and you should handle all your own money & pay the owner the amount you owe on a designated day/date they shouldn't touch your money, I supply tea & coffee & a staff area & a waiting area

So sounds pretty standard then what I'm being offered? The lady seems lovely but just wanted to check that it was 'the norm'.

That sounds like the going rate to me, I receive a lower % but have my products supplied for me
