Hi there. I'm newly qualified and struggling with pronto gel 
. Am fine with application but on some final coats (not all) when I use the finishing wipe the shine is going off the nail despite using clean wipe for each finger and loads of solution and the gels feel 'rubbery' but do seem to be set ....... anyone else having this problem?
