Hi all need your help (again) lol had a client come into salon today she suffers from psorises which has affected her nails quite badly. Some of her nails are twisted they are soft and bendable and some actually bend over. On one of her little fingers the twist in the nail starts quite far down on nail bed so it is raised quite far down. Also her natural smile line is 3/4 down nail plate and very jagged, is this a contr-indication, or can she still have enhancements, if she can do i do evry thing as i would normally. I'm worried i might cause more damage to her nail bed as her nails are so bad

Onycholysis is common with this condition. You are best getting Dr's written OK before proceeding.

Hope this helps
