I have been told that to colour virgin hair it will take quicker,than hair previously coloured I don't think this is correct? + advice on getting dark brown hair lighter was to go away and use a strong shampoo for 6 weeks then come back to salon and it would take time to get the desired lighter result..I actually think, cutting,removing colour with a colour remover, and putting on new colour all at the same time is what should be done?, paying attention to condition of hair...Am I correct?
