I'm hoping all you lovely geeks:Love: will be able to help me with some (market research) questions I have about selling natural skin care products ~ and I need to ask people who aren't my customers and who don't know me & who won't just tell me what they think I want to hear.
1. how many people care weather the products they use on themselves or their family are natural?
2. how many people have heard stories about the potential dangers of the use of chemicals in main stream products?
3. would offering 10% discounts on repeat orders influence you returning as a customer?
4. what tool would YOU use to find a natural skin care retailer i.e. yellow pages, leaflets, web, word of mouth?
5. prices... what would you consider reasonable?
Please, if you can help out by giving me some honest feedback, opinions and ideas about this subject I would greatly appreciate it!!
