Re-tipping/pre-tipping, help please

Helloo!!

Basically I'd like to know whether weight of Hair extensions e.g. 0.8g is measured including the glue or without. I'd only assume before the tip is added but I'm just making sure. I'm having a dispute with a supplier about Hair weight that's all.

The weight the supplier quotes is generally including the weight of the tip. I bet I can guess who you are arguing with?

Really it should be without tip but some include which is a bit of a con really!
