Really annoyed at the CND and TK Maxx situation

I had a client come into me today who has bought a large bottle of solar oil from tk maxx for 4.99!! Baring in mind I retail her the pinkies for £3!!!!! I was mortified. How can tk maxx get it and sell it so cheaply yet us the loyal Cnd professionals can't?!!!!

There's a few threads about tkmaxx selling professional only products, but I think one of the things they do is buy liquidated stock so not sure there's anything CND/Sweet Squared can do about that.

I saw it last week in my local tk maxx too! It is a bit mortifying like you say i sell the pinkie sized ones too at the same price as yourself!

It means I'm losing out on retail sales as the large bottle will last her a while. She also buys scentsations from me and is going to be keeping an eye out for it too!!!! She will probably never buy Cnd retail from me again as she will think I'm ripping her off!!!
