Reasonable banner/large signs?

Hello I am having a stool at my local village fair and wondered if any body knows any where that does waterproof banners on the cheap ?
I know vista print does but they charge lots for delivery if you need it soon also I have my own design already .
Any knowledge will be great. Thanks

No I have no link to them, or used them.

I needed a banner a few years back and I found someone on eBay so I thought I'd see if there was anyone still doing them and there are a few.
