Normally you only need to use ScrubFresh nail plate sanitizer (last thing before you apply your product). Most clients need no more than this as Retention+ bonds perfectly to a normal clean dry nail plate.
Try not to use the Acid Free Primer or NailFresh as a crutch thinking that using them all must be better. 99.9% of the time I never use either of the other products mentioned in my prep procedure. It is overkill.
If and I say IF you have one of those clients who always has a little lifting and you need to dehydrate the nail plate even further, then the order of use is: NailFresh followed by ScrubFresh followed by Acid Free Primer -- let dry thoroughly and apply your product. If you still get lifting after that, then you should try an alternative system like fabric# or perhaps a gel like Faze or similar. However clients like this are rare and not the norm.
