My daughter did a nail course through Capital Hair and Beauty on a product called The Edge. It was a starter course and the nails do look nice, but they don't stay on for long. After speaking to some of the staff at Capital, they said that most people have the same problem.

I don't know what the system is, but in basic terms, the nail tip goes on, some resin is painted on, then the nail is dipped in powder, resin applied again and powder again, then they are finished. They look lovely when they are done, but they are not strong.

She wants to do acrylic and/or pink and white and I wondered whether anyone could recommend a good course?

Thank you.

She did the one day course at Capital in Lee. Her name is Kelly. She's wishing she did the full 5 day course now. :(

I would do a search on here (the search tab in the blue bar at the top) for recommended courses, there's tons of threads with heaps of info. I decided to do the 5 day foundation course with Creative (CND) after reading the posts on this site, and I am so glad I did :green:

You could visit the s2 website as all of the CND education is listed on there in great detail.

Good luck with finding a quality training provider for your daughter and keep us informed
