Recruiting, how long does it generally take?

When you are looking to hire a new member of staff how long does it generally take from first placing an advert etc to the time that they are on the salon floor working and earning their wage?

Any advice greatly appreciated.

About 6 weeks for a good staff member.

About 1-2 weeks max for the not so good ones.
