Hi geek world
just out if interest wondering what other salons policy is on refunds/ reworks
Mine is guarantee my work for 7 days any probs in that time return treatment put it right , after that time all work is charged. Is this pretty standard For salons ?
And would u do a different treatment if the client didn't want them doing again ? ( I was asked that by a client !! ) I said no but wondering what u guys think ?

I offer the same. If any probs within the first 7 days come to me and I will fix it. I do not offer a refund in any circumstances.

I have in the past changed treatments free of charge. For example I used to offer Gelac, one of my customers could not keep it on her nails for more than a day and after reapplying twice we decided a UV Gel overlay and normal polish would be best for her. I did this free of charge as it genuinely was not her fault. I have since moved from Gelac to Gelish and had no more issues... I am flowing off topic here - sorry

I offer a guarentee like you do but no refunds x
