Removal of extensions

Hi all, I have a client who I fitted 140grams of fusion bonds around 3 an a half months ago, she's had maintenance with me and last time I saw them they were fine. Today is the removal appointment and she messaged me late last night to say she has cuts on her scalp? None of my clients have ever had cuts on their scalp so I'm baffled? If anyone could shed some light on this, if it's happened to them is be very grateful. Thanks Helen xx
