Please can you advise.
I am looking a renting a space in a hairdressing salon and they have asked me to come back with a offer where we are both winners !.
This is a hairdressers that do basic beauty waxing eyelash tints ect Manicures and Pedicures only and by one of the hairdressers that is employed there. They have never had or offered nail services. I am a nail tech only and Fake Bake spray/manual tan.
I thought to start with a 70/30 split as I am suppling everything and starting from scratch with a review after 3 months
Other option is a straight £25.00 per day rental
Any other ideas or opinion's would be great
