Renting a room

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to find a room to rent for my business but all I can find at the moment is a room in a hairdressers advertising a room to rent, the only problem is it is next door to a beauty salon. Do you think it could work or is it a no go area??? I really want to find somewhere!

My room in a hairdressers is next door but 1 from a beauty salon....

Healthy competition....Clients will go to the person they prefer...& the best service they can get.

It hasnt held me back xx

Hmmm... I know the salon doesn't do enhancements and thats what I specialise in so it could work on that point of view maybe?... I would really love a room

Well i started with just nails - they didnt do enhancements ...

Then just before xmas a sign appeared stating 'back by pop demand nail extensions'

But I did start to offer waxing n tanning, they do waxing but not spray tanning.

I think if someone is offered an opportunity and they think it can work then take it......

If you dont someone else may ..... please dont be left saying what if.....

Do you think you can do well there???

Well I have a client base already, I am currently mobile but i'm just sick of carrying everything round and would like to be able to offer more treatments like facials and massage which it would be nice to have a nice setting. Would be so much easier being in one place
