Renting salon chair

Hi can anyone help? i have my own salon but have employed staff and never rented out a chair. However i have been approached by somone who wants to rent a space in my salon they have all own client and will use all own products. does anyone have any ideas on how much i should charge? per day? per week? or % Thanks for any advice

I rent out a room in my salon. the therapist only uses it on a thursday eveing and a saturday. I take weekly rent of £15 and 25% of her taking. so were both winners

Thanks for your advice i tihinks its so hard do decide what to do as you dont want to rip them off but you dont want to loose out.

I consider 20% a fair price.
