Resistant grey hair

I've got a client coming to me who's had her hair done last wk in a salon and the first time she washed it all the resistant grey has appeared making it look like she's had white highlights in the blonde but also the root coverage hasn't taken. I use revlon which says for grey coverage but I'm unsure as for resistant grey, would you pre soften then just use my normal colour as she wants a level 9 on it or can you recommend a good resistant grey coverage brand thanks

I used colorissimo today (I think you were on the other thread?) I used neat 6.0 then went over with my target shade mix about 10 mins later, perfect coverage, it's very resistant too

Wella kp 99/0 will give you the lightest blonde achievable with tint on resistant hair.
