Roof leaking :(

I came in this morning and my carpet is ruined with leak damage, its still dripping away into buckets Is this the landlords problem or mine? This hasnt happend to me before. And its so hard to get a roofer when its raining! :Scared:

I'd say landlords problem. Call him and let him know what's going on. I hope it gets sorted soon! x

I agree with Pinkbunny, this would be the landlords problem give him a call and he should arrange for someone to come out and repair it.

Thanks girls, I phoned him and he said it would go through insurance but I have to get someone out and let him know what happens. He's a very nice man but he's so busy that he doesnt have time to do anything ahh, neither do I though! A roofer is on the way now so I hope he can fix it today cause you know sometimes they just come out to look at it and fix it another day!
