Hi i wonder if anyone can help me. i have been offered a room to rent so that i can start up my own therapy bussiness. however all i want is a contract for the room itself and not to be employed by the salon that i am renting in. where would i get a contract that is souly about the room . payments , what i am liable within the room etc... etc.... thanks in advance
