Room to Rent in Leigh on Sea

Preferable would prefer a nail tech... but happy for an all rounder to go in.
Rent is £40pw and looking for 2 weeks dep and 2 weeks upfront then 1 weeks rent in advance.

Room is empty but I'm happy to contribute towards some equipment...
Phone line, broadband, reception, tv and all kinds avaliable as an inclusive price.
