Rude Nail Techs .....

OK so this is about NSS AGAIN, but I have to tell you about some of the complaints i've had from people going there. recently a lady started working there, they are all about her so here goes .....

• 'while having my nails done she spent most of her time watching tv on her laptop' i mean seriously, would you ever do this!!!!!
• 'i went for my infills and she told me i had to have my nails rounded instead of swuare or she wouldn't do them' surely this is down to the client, we can advise but not choose!!
• 'she cut my friends nails all different lengthsandsaid they look more natural this way' WHAT ?????
• a young girl went for her infills, the price int the window was /315, she said no its £17, shehad no breakages, then said no i can't do,i have customer coming, then said ok i do them sit down, then as soon as she sat she told her togo away!!!!

i mean its laughable, has any one else heard any good stories?

This is just 'hearsay' and gossip and I don't think it is a constructive post in any way. Take another look at the site rules.

What matters is what YOU do in your salon, not what you hear others do in theirs. Please clients with the service you give and the word will spread. Talking badly about others doesn't lift anyone up higher.

We have a few of these salons popping up in New Zealand, the back of their service menu made me laugh, which then turned into concern for the uneducated customer. It said:

"lifting, fungus infections are not our fault"

"our nail technician have over 10 years experience and trained in USA techniques"
