Can anyone tell me the rules and regulations of students performing treatments in salon of units they have passed?

Is it a separate insurance?

Do the treatments have to be supervised?

Do the clients have to sign anything as well as you notifying them of your student status?

Any other information will be gratefully received
Thanks guys xx

Ring up your insurance and check with them

I would imagine that between the employers liability and the colleges own insurance you should be well covered as long as they've actually passed that skill area, when you get a student you usually have to fill out a section which says what they can and can't do, it's done with a college staff member so they have to agree to it too, as said above tho check with your provider first, I personally do let my juniors (hair not beauty) do all the jobs they've passed assessments on
