Salon owners help!

Hi Everyone! I just opened a salon and I need a little help. I love my employees and I want to do either games with retail or stuff to help support my employees. I need some ideas!

I offer mine a commission on any retail products they sell

And they also have targets, so for example this month is to get 8 "inch loss body wraps" and any body wraps they do after that they get either a prize or commission. I change the treatment each week/month and it really gets them promoting extra treatments!

I used to work (but not in a salon), and we had a diff. incentive every month where the person who sold the most of a particular range (divided by the no. of hours they worked that month) won a prize, either products or gift vouchers. Maybe u could try something like this?
