Salon rules

Afternoon all 😁

Now that things are busying up for me, I'm beginning to experience some of the issues common to most salons and mobile therapists at one time or another.

The most common so far is client lateness which, on a couple of occasions has meant that I've had to ask them to rebook.

So I think it's time I drew up some rules for clients to see so that there are no surprises.

I'm going to start by posting them on my Facebook page but I'll also put them on my website.

My question is... What do you call them? "Ts & Cs"? "Salon Rules"? "Things to Consider"?

I'm stuck and want to make sure that I'm firm but respectful.

What do you do? x

Terms and conditions are not the same as salon etiquette. They are very different.
