Hi all,
This is my first post so I apologise in advance if this topic has been mentioned before. From what I gathered on this forum in regards to oils for scarring was that bio oil is a waste with mixed reviews and can cause breakouts. I've also read there's specialised creams surgeons recommend.
Well unfortunately for me this happened tonight and well, basically I've learnt not to handle cats when the vacuum is on. One of my cats did this to me and I'm a little concerned now about the scars I'll have seeing it's on my chest and on my breast, and too big not to notice. I've had a few cat scratches in the past and even now it's still quite visible. This is without any treatments.
I sometimes breakout on my chest and know it says not to apply bio oil on broken skin. I guess I should wait for it to scab up a bit before I apply it but was hoping for a cream or oil that doesn't cause breakouts and is suitable for broken skin. Any suggestions?
