I use both indola and schwarzkopf and i find indola is just so much more true to swatch but my question is the colours in igora are never true to swatch and i have tried so many ways and nothing works, today i did igora pastel mint on pre lightened level 9 hair and toned with 9.5-4 i then blow dried and applied 9.5-43 just how the instructions say for the max time after doing strand tests to see if the color was perfect and the hair is silver blue, any ideas what has happened? I thought it may have been because i toned so i tried on swatches and the same thing happened with different toners and without toning but i used the rite developer etc, any ideas would be great
